Weekly Live Classes

PILATES EQUIPMENT CIRCLE · EVERY MONDAY · 7 PM

A small group, a complete Pilates experience.

In this class, we work with the classic Pilates equipment — Reformer, Cadillac/Tower, Chair and Ladder Barrel — and explore what each piece of equipment brings to the practice.

Each apparatus has its own particular focus and offers a different way of challenging and supporting the body. While the Reformer can be used particularly effectively to build strength and develop controlled resistance, the Chair and Ladder Barrel offer wonderful possibilities to challenge balance, coordination and intra- and intermuscular coordination.

Different pieces of equipment, yet the foundation remains the same:
The Pilates principles come first.

Precision, control, concentration, centering, breathing and flow guide every movement.

With only six participants, there is space for individual attention, precise instruction and a deeper understanding of the method.

All equipment. One small group. Quality movement.

REFORMER ADVANCED · WEDNESDAYs · 5 PM

I’m actually a huge fan of Beginner classes — and I always tell my students:

Never stop taking Beginner classes.

Why? Because they give you the opportunity to come back to the foundations and focus deeply on the Pilates principles. Beginner doesn’t mean easy. Done properly, the basics can be incredibly demanding — and they are what make everything else possible.

In an Advanced Reformer class, the exercises become more challenging from a coordinative perspective. The Pilates principles and fundamental techniques should already be well established, so we can use them as a foundation for more complex movement patterns.

And it’s not only about physical challenge. Some exercises also require a certain mental presence — especially when balance becomes a little less predictable and you have to stay focused, controlled and connected to your body.

This is what I love about Advanced Pilates:
more complexity, more coordination, more awareness — without losing the principles.

I’m happy to offer this class every Wednesday at BSR Pilates in Griesheim at 5pm.

Prerequisite: At least one year of intensive Pilates experience, preferably with experience in both Mat Pilates and Reformer.

Not sure whether Advanced is right for you?
Feel free to message me — I’m happy to help you decide.

PILATES TOWER CLASS · EVERY FRIDAY · 6:10 & 7:10 PM

The Pilates Tower offers a unique way to explore the Pilates method through spring resistance, support and controlled movement.

In this class, we focus on deep core strength, body control, coordination and body awareness, always guided by the fundamental Pilates principles: precision, control, concentration, centering, breathing and flow.

It’s not about rushing through repetitions. It’s about understanding movement, refining technique and developing strength from within.

With only 4 participants per class, there’s room for individual attention, precise instruction and a deeper connection to your practice.

Move with intention. Build strength. Master control.

Experience the essence of Pilates.

ONLINE NERVOUS SYSTEM REGULATION · TUESDAYS · 5:30 PM · 55 MIN · GERMAN/ENGLISH

From fight or flight to a sense of safety.

Our nervous system is constantly taking in information from our surroundings and our bodies, asking one fundamental question: Am I safe?

When life gets busy, stressful or overwhelming, we can find ourselves spending too much time in a state of alertness — feeling tense, restless, overwhelmed or unable to truly switch off.

Nervous System Regulation is an invitation to slow down, tune in and explore practices that can help you move from a state of stress and activation towards greater calm, connection and a sense of safety.

In this class, TRE (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises) is our core practice. Each session includes TRE, giving you the opportunity to explore the body's natural tremor mechanism as a way of releasing tension and developing greater awareness of your nervous system.

Depending on the session, we may also draw on complementary practices, such as:

• Polyvagal-informed techniques — exploring nervous system states and supporting a greater sense of safety and connection
• Breathwork — using mindful breathing to support relaxation and regulation
• Yoga Nidra — guided rest to invite deep relaxation and awareness

These practices complement the TRE process and offer different ways to listen to your body, notice your responses and support your journey towards greater regulation.

The aim isn't to eliminate stress or to be calm all the time. It's to develop more flexibility — to recognise when we're activated, discover ways to settle, and find our way back towards a state in which we feel safer, more present and more connected to ourselves.

No previous experience is needed. Come as you are, with curiosity rather than expectations.

ONLINE MAT PILATES · THURSDAYS · 5:30 PM · 55 MIN · GERMAN/ENGLISH

I resisted teaching Pilates online for a long time.
But here we are.
😉

Finding suitable studio spaces at times that work for both me and my participants has become increasingly difficult. So I’ve decided to bring my classes to you, wherever you are.

Starting now, join me for a live online Pilates Mat Class every Thursday at 5:30 PM via Google Meet.

Open to all levels and anyone who wants to move consciously and experience Pilates as a mindful, precise and purposeful movement practice.

My focus is on the Pilates principles: precision, control, concentration, centering, breathing and flow — with particular attention to alignment, coordination and body awareness.

With over 20 years of Pilates experience, as a Pilates educator and a Sports Scientist specialising in rehabilitation and prevention, I bring a science-based approach to my teaching. My work is also informed by further training in nervous system regulation, Polyvagal-informed approaches and TRE

ONLINE VINYASA YOGA · THURSDAYS · 6:30 PM · 60 MIN · GERMAN/ENGLISH

Well, I’m adapting to the lack of available studio spaces, too. 😉

This Yoga class is open to all levels and offers space to slow down, reconnect with your body and move with greater awareness.

The focus is on conscious movement, deep breathing and body awareness.

A practice to release physical tension, deepen your breath and leave the mat feeling calmer, more grounded and clear-headed.

ONLINE YIN YOGA · TUESDAYS · 6:30 PM · 60 MIN · GERMAN/ENGLISH

In a world that constantly asks us to do more, Yin Yoga invites us to do less.

Through slow, mindful movements and longer-held postures, we create space in the body, quiet the mind and turn our attention inward.

Yin Yoga is a gentle, meditative practice that encourages us to explore stillness, observe sensations and develop a deeper connection with ourselves — without striving for perfection or pushing beyond our limits.

It's an opportunity to release tension, cultivate body awareness and find balance between activity and rest.

Whether you're new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, this class offers space to slow down and meet yourself exactly where you are.
