ASSISTED YOGA BODYWORK
Passive Yoga Stretching, Fascial Work & Traditional Indian Bodywork
Mobility does not begin only in the muscles — it is also influenced by the connective tissue and the nervous system.
Assisted Yoga Bodywork combines three complementary approaches into one holistic treatment:
Therapeutic yoga stretches based on the principles of B.K.S. Iyengar
Deep fascial bodywork
Traditional Ayurvedic massage techniques from India
The treatment takes place on a mat on the floor. Through passive stretching, targeted pressure and flowing massage techniques, muscles and fascia are released, joints are mobilised, and the body is supported in regaining its natural mobility.
Calamus powder (calamus root) as well as high-quality botanical and essential oils are used during the treatment. They complement the manual work, support circulation in the skin and create a pleasant sensation of warmth throughout the session.
Ayurvedic Yoga Massage is often experienced as deeply relaxing yet revitalising at the same time. Many people describe a feeling of greater lightness, increased freedom of movement and a deeper sense of connection with their body afterwards.
The treatment may be particularly supportive for:
Muscle tension
Fascial restrictions and adhesions
Movement limitations
Stress and physical exhaustion
A desire for greater mobility and overall wellbeing

Kinesiology & Reflex integration
The body has an remarkable capacity for self-regulation — sometimes it simply needs the right input.
In a kinesiology balance session, I use professional muscle monitoring to identify functional imbalances and gain insight into the body’s current state.
Muscle monitoring may provide indications of muscular imbalances and possible connections between movement, stress, emotional strain and the individual regulatory state of the body.
Based on these findings, targeted techniques from kinesiology and reflex integration are used to provide specific input to support nervous system regulation and promote the body’s natural homeostasis.
The aim is to support the body’s own capacity for self-regulation and create favourable conditions for movement, wellbeing and health.
Each session also includes testing up to three foods for individual tolerance. Please simply bring the foods you would like to test to your appointment.
This work may be particularly supportive for:
Muscle tension and movement restrictions
Stress and periods of increased strain
Difficulties with concentration and coordination
A desire for greater physical balance and overall wellbeing
Duration: approximately 90 minutes
